Sometimes Life Gets Messy
MAID Detroit was founded by Mallory Brueckman, a mother, entrepreneur, and domestic abuse survivor. It all started with a mop, a bucket, and a need to survive. No plan, just a whatever-it-takes attitude and a refusal to quit. And it's the same energy MAID Detroit brings to every space.
Because a clean space isn't just nice to have; it’s the first step to a fresh start.
Our Story
In 2021, Mallory walked out of a courtroom and started over with just $30 in her pocket — no bank account, no car, and an eight-year-old daughter counting on her.
You may have seen her story on FOX 2 Detroit. The name MAID is a spin-off of the Netflix series that closely mirrors her own journey. But the company she’s built is entirely hers, grounded in empowerment, self-worth, and the belief that less mess means less stress.
Watch us on FOX 2 to see our work in motion and learn why Metro Detroit trusts us to get the job done right. The first time, and every time.
Our Partners
Our partnership with Habitat for Humanity Detroit and Carhartt reflects what MAID Detroit is built on — showing up for the community, doing the work, and leaving things better than we found them.
The People Behind Our Promise
Our team is made up of hardworking locals who know that a clean space is the foundation of a good day. We’re here to make sure you have more of them.

Started with a bucket in 2021. Still leads every job with the same grit.
Work That Means Something
We’re looking for reliable, positive people who want a fresh start. No corporate red tape. Just honest work and a team that has your back — on and off the job site.
